· Recognized for completing Electrical and EMI DVT on the 1st Boston Scientific labeled pacemaker.

· Applied Statistical Analysis tools (Minitab) to evaluate Measurement System Capability and determine electrical yield using Ppk.

· Reverse-engineered a competitors charge circuit using x-rays and cross-sections. Created a report for our department including a schematic and parts list.

ADC Telecommunications Client
· Designed a DC-DC power supply for a new product called HDSL2. HDSL2 is a telecommunications term for a single loop version of the standard 2 loop HDSL (High bit rate Digital Subscriber Line).
· Reduced material cost from $90 to $10 by designing a discrete 30W DC-DC converter to replace a purchased power module.
· Decreased material cost and component count by 50% and increased power supply efficiency by 15% in the redesign of an HDSL Repeater circuit card.
· Cut the material cost by 25% in 2 other HDSL power supplies through redesign.

· Modified an existing product to limit the AC inrush current which resulted in a $30 million contract.
